## Our Precision Screw Inspection Laboratory Has Been Upgraded to Improve Quality Control of Micro Fasteners Recently, our precision screw inspection laboratory has completed equipment upgrading. We added optical dimension detector, high-precision torque tester, neutral salt spray chamber and hardness tester, further improving the full-chain quality control system for micro screws and non-standard precision fasteners. ### Upgrade Content & Improved Inspection Capacity The new equipment supports one-stop testing for micro screws starting from M0.6, covering appearance, thread dimension, head tolerance, hardness, torque failure and salt spray corrosion resistance. Test data is automatically saved to generate traceable inspection reports, meeting high-quality supply requirements from consumer electronics, wearable device and medical equipment customers. The lab will be used for incoming material inspection, in-process patrol check and finished goods inspection. It also supports customer sample reliability test and new product R&D verification to prevent common quality risks such as thread stripping, dimension out-of-tolerance and coating rust. ### Value for Customer Delivery For electronics customers, batch consistency of micro screws directly affects automatic assembly yield. The upgraded lab can stably control batch variation, filter defective products in advance and reduce risks of line jamming and assembly failure at customer side.
