Zhuhai Jiali Hardware's micro screw production line has recently passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system audit. This means the company has established a standardized and traceable quality control system across R&D, production and shipment of micro and precision screws, providing more stable supply for electronics, medical and precision instrument customers.

Full-Process Control from Raw Material to Shipment

The audit covers seven stages: incoming material inspection, cold heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, surface finishing, optical sorting and outgoing packing. Every batch of micro screws maintains a batch file with material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and salt-spray records that customers can review at any time. For M1.0 to M3.0 micro sizes, secondary optical full inspection intercepts missing threads, deformed heads and mixed materials before shipment.
