1. Dedicated Micro Forming Equipment to Minimize Machining Error

Conventional fastener machines cannot meet precision requirements of sub-millimeter workpieces. Our workshop adopts micro multi-station cold heading machines and precise thread rolling equipment optimized for tiny parts: 1. Micro screws have extremely low error margin. General industry tolerance is ±0.01mm, while smallscrew tightens to ±0.005mm for premium clients. Key controlled parameters: 1. Real-time sampling inspection on major, middle and minor thread diameters to avoid over-tight or loose fitting; 2. Strict control on head thickness, outer diameter and drive position for automatic precision electric screwdriver assembly; 3. Batch inspection on total length, step height and coaxiality to prevent assembly interference; 4. Integrity check of drive slots to avoid incomplete or deformed T1.5-T8 micro torx slots. Samples are sent to 2D optical projector hourly with test data archived. Equipment stops for adjustment once dimension exceeds tolerance to block mass defective goods.
