1. Eight Functional Zones Division and Storage Rules
The precision fastener warehouse shall be divided into eight closed independent zones with constant temperature 18-26℃ and humidity 40%-60%. The incoming inspection zone is used for moisture dissipation of new goods. Independent storage zones separate 304, 316L and carbon steel fasteners completely to avoid galvanic corrosion. Isolation area for defective products can prevent defective goods from being delivered by mistake. All goods shall be placed away from wall and ground to prevent moisture regain.
